2. Who is the Owner of the Free Domain?

You are the owner of the domain name.

3. What is included in these Hosting Plans?

Your branded Email. Branded Email is for example webmaster@your domain.com
You can access our E-mail account via the web browser from any computer. Also we install on default Frontpage ext 2000 and FTP access. You can access our servers 24 hours a day 365 days a year. You also get 100 - 300 MB of server space 5-25 Mail Boxes and a lot more.

4. Can I register my Domain Name only?

Yes you can. By registering only you secure the domain name of your choice for future use. If you decide later to have us host your domain, we will apply your domain registration fee to the hosting plan of your choice.

5. Are the InterNic Fees included in the registration?

Yes, all of our Programs include all InterNic Fees.

6. Will I own the domain name I register?

Yes you will be the owner and administrative contact for any domain name registered through Us.

7. What is web site cloaking?

Web site is cloaked when the web address of a web site is hidden from viewers in their browser window. For example your user would type in www.yourname.com into their browser window.

They are then automatically redirected to your web site (http://www.someisp.com/~users/ yourname/yoursite.html) or any where you like.
However your users would continue to www.yourname.com as they browsed.

8. Do you supply name servers when I register a name?

Yes. We supply 2 of our name servers primary and secondary name server when you register your name through us.

9.Can I supply my own name server?

Yes. you have to inform us what DNS server you would like. But please this name servers have to be professional maintained. We need a primary and secondary name server and both have to be on different networks.

10. Do you offer a reseller program?

11. How do I register multiple domain names and supply my isp's name servers?

Send a E-mail to: webmaster@registerwebsite.us with your domain name server information and your domain name server and we will point the new domain name servers.

12. Do you have any interest in the domain names it registers?

No, we take no stake in the names it registers. WHOIS queries do not track or log us in any way. Also WHOIS queries and registrations are not made public by us.

13. How long does it take for the domain registration process to be completed?

The process normally takes 24 hours to complete. After 48 hours, you will be visible and the public WHOIS database. Two confirmation will be send via e-mail. The first confirming the success of your order and the second containing your final confirmation and register key for future changes. If you have signed up for hosting, you will also receive your user name and server password. Your e-mail addresses will be setup the same time.
Please note: International Registration can take several weeks. Same Countries rquired documents via Post.

14. How long do you need to modify the DNS?

Normally we change the record live on the WHOIS database. You need to wait until the DNS cache has expired. This normally takes up to 24 hours. Use the Domain Update change form.

15. How do you bill?

Domain services are purchased via credit card only. We send a hard copy of the Invoice out via Post. Please note: Domain Names you can't cancel or change after the registration process is done !

16. What exactly is a domain name?

Domain name tells computers where to find your webpage on the Internet. Each domain name is assigned to a numerical IP (Internet Protocol) address by your host provider. A domain name server translates this number into words.

17. Do you offer URL Forwarding?

Yes you can forward your domain name and point to another web server. This services we charge you $49 in the year. This service comes complete with branded E-mail services and cost $49 for the year. Forwarding URL.

18. What is Domain Parking?

In order for you to register a domain name you need a Domain Name Server (DNS) to host it. When you
register a domain name with us we host your domain name on our DNS. We are holding or "parking" the domain name for you. This allows you to use our domain forwarding service.

19. What makes up a valid domain name?

The only valid characters for a domain name are letters, numbers and a hyphen "-". Hyphens may be anywhere in the middle of a name, but can not be located at the end or beginning of a name. A valid domain name does not have spaces. A domain name can be up to 67 characters long -- including the 4 characters used to identify the Top Level Domain (.com, net, .org). Do not type the www. or your ext. before your domain name when registering as it is automatically inserted.

20. What is the WHOIS Database?

Whois is the term referring to who any given domain name belongs. A WHOIS search tells you who a given name belongs to and their contact information. Currently WHOIS search capabilities are available with us.

21. What is a URL?

URL is an acronym for Uniform Resource Locator. (i.e. http://www.someisp.com)

22. What is a Domain Name Servers or DNS?

A domain name server or DNS is a computer that holds records of domain names

23. What are Primary and Secondary DNS?

This refers to the name server computers where the record of your domain name is held. This is needed to register a domain name and we supplies this for you unless otherwise specified. Generally we setup 2 Domain Server for your security.

24. Can I cancel my Free domain account?

Yes, but there is a $ 70 cancellation fee. You must send your cancellation notice via e-mail and pay the cancellation fee

25. How much does it cost to register only a top level domain name?

We charges a fee of $25/year or $50/2 years to register a top level domain name (.com, .net and ,.org) This includes registration for 2 years and includes internic fees.
